It comes in a nice zippered nylon case with cutouts to keep all the internals in place. It is about 6 1/2 inches long by 4 inches high and 2 5/8 inches wide, made of a large block of aluminum. It has nylon inserts that are cut wherever metal touches your slide, it locks your slide down in four separate positions, the top bottom and each side of the slide and has enough adjustment for it. . I don't usually leave reviews so I don't know what to say other than you won't regret buying this stuff! Especially since it will cost you more to get a gunner to install a set of websites for you. go to YouTube and read all the hype about it, it really works great! Having used it a few times now, I'm willing to pay double what I did.

This is a great tool that doesn't lie. It removed the FACTORY vision and installed the performance vision without any problems. And most have.

I find this observer tool to be excellent. Works great does what you need, and the price is right.
So far, I've only used this once to remove the original vision and install night vision. This works really great and will pay for itself after one use, rather than paying the gunsmith. It works great, I wish I could use it more often, but at this point I don't need to replace another viewfinder. Good and easy to follow instructions and well thought out hosting plan design. Other than that, it's nice to see such well-built devices. Like just looking at a well-built gun.
Used it to replace my G20's rear sight with a Hi-Viz Lightwave H30. This scope is cheap, but very solidly built. And the hi-viz fits very well in the sliding rear view channel, so I'm glad I got this large pusher to grip and have enough leverage to turn the knob and get the job done. But it's still small and light enough that you can easily take it anywhere and do work away from home, like helping to change a friend's rearview mirror. It leaves no marks on my slides. I had done spare parts for a while before I got this tool, but now I really want to upgrade my G40 as well as my future G21 viewfinders. Probably the best possible value and push the view around. This purchase makes me feel smart and smug!

This is a great tool that is easy to use. I'm sure I will use this for other projects to remove or install small parts. With rubber pads, the factory sight and slide are well protected from scratches and damage. The price is also cheaper than I found on Amazon.
I just used this to replace the sights on my G22 & G27 with the Trijicon HD. This tool works, but it's not easy. Remove the interface in a snap; a few turns of the handle and the old view is gone. However, installing the new one is a chore. I had to use a wrench to get the necessary leverage and I don't know how Lenny managed to do it with her bare hands. I guess I wouldn't want to meet him in a dark alley. Even with a wrench, it's still a real job, and the grip of the chew tool comes out of the wrench pretty well. In any case, I got the job done and would highly recommend this useful tool.
How To Replace Your Pistol Sights
I purchased one of these sighting tools a few years ago to use on my various caliber Glocks. I installed several night sights and it was an extremely easy procedure. Well worth the small investment. Never installed night vision before, it took me less than 10 minutes. Using it in conjunction with a $9 digital caliper to ensure that I have equal distances on both sides of the track's track, I always set my sights correctly without have to shoot a shot. When I test shot, it was completely at zero target. It comes in a very nice padded zippered box. It's quality built to tight tolerances.. no sloppy play when it comes to fit. There are several videos on YouTube that show you how easy this tool is to use. I highly recommend this tool.
I have used one of these for over two years on a variety of pistols. It works great. The only comment I can make is: take it slow, if the sight doesn't move, make sure there's no adjusting screw as it sometimes happens. If it still won't move, try some heat from the heat gun as Loc-Tite is sometimes used. Apply a little oil to the thread on the tool - this makes a big difference. If possible, save the tool to your desktop. I mount my beak onto a heavy block of wood that I can clip to my bench saw (wood cutters work better for me than bench cutters because I keep my work close to the ice) than). I have had no negative experiences and other than losing one of the plastic blocks behind my bench I have had no other problems (this block was replaced for free). I will buy again.

After watching Lenny's video about this tool, it is really easy to use! I removed the rearview mirror on my G17 Gen5 in no more than 5 minutes. I thought maybe I was squandering until I started working with the SI G.U.M using the rear viewfinder. It would be nice to use this tool to center the plate, but this is wider than the rear sight plate. Good!
For the money, this is the best option available.
